Quick query, I seem to remember reading that jacket and tie was not now a requirement for the dinner after and clean golf gear was acceptable, but I can't find the thread.

What's the general consensus on this, jackets or golf gear?

trousers and shirt is my attire for the evening

must remember to put my shoes on , normally always travel in trainers and at the last forum meet forgot to pack them, so nearly embarrassed myself in the club house
