Anyone Had any Problems with the FJ Boa Lacing System

I have had a pair of FJ contours with the Boa lacing system for about 6 months now but the cables in one of the shoes appears to have jammed. It wil not undo fully and now will not fully tighten up either. Not sure if anyone has had this problem and knows how to release stuck cables.

I have emailed FJ and the retailer for their comments. The retailer (Snainton Golf) have been great and happy for me to send them back for a repair or a replacement and I am yet to hear from FJ to see if there is a fix for this problem.

Interested to hear if anyone else has had this problem and has a fix.

Ive had no problems with the BOA lacing system

The contour shoes themselves have a small split in them, but thats probably down to lack of care and attention on my part.

I got a pair for Xmas, worn them right through the winter, absolutely no problem. Hopefully yours are a one-off and you get them replaced quickly.
