Anybody here play with Scratch wedges??

I know they get a lot of praise in the US, and not many places sell them here in the UK.

I did manage to hit one at Urban Golf once, but I'd had a few beers as well so probably not bet placed to say the difference between it and my Vokey's.

I can't see it making much difference really. Metal is still metal. When you it the ball, it's the plastic that deforms, not the metal.

Beautiful wedges and in my opinion miles better than a Vokey.

However its all about opinions and you may find Vokey suits your and your game better.

Beautiful feel and certainly offer more feedback than any wedge I've owned including Mizuno. I'm a fan.

Eh???

Do you own Fisher Price golf clubs??????

Its an ongoing Murph thing feel is really noise and all clubs are the same ish or something like that, I dont agree as I have blind tested lots of clubs and know forged feels better

Scratch wedges are very good quality, available in lots of different grinds and you will get a personal service from the company. In my case, I dealt with the CEO himself. The Scratch website also offers a useful guide to determining whether you are a digger, slider etc which helps in wedge design and bounce selection.

Don White, MacGregor's legendary hall of fame club maker works for them. Think he made a lot of Nicklaus's clubs in MacGregor's heyday. As a MacGregor fan I don't think you can go far wrong with that pedigree. Wedges look awseome on the website.

They do look nice. Wedges are almost as subjective as putters. I don't like the new Ping ones or the Cally X series as I find them too heavy. I do like the Cleveland range and have done since the CG12's. However even if I wasn't a TM fan their ones suited me better. I'm not a huge Vokey fan either. Perfectly good clubs and have a nice weight but somehow they've never suited my eye behind the ball.
