Anybody else for Boat of Garten Monday 26th April

I would like to take a Boat place please if you can fit me in another fourball, played it a good few times over the years and can get to it in about an hour ten mins. Am I in?

Would suggest greens might not be too great as grass starts to grow pretty late in Strathspey. Preferred lies will likely be in operation too. Still a great course though.

If I'm in where do I send money or is just pay on day?

I will sort out the deposit with the club prior to the day. It's £15.00 per person. Just pay me on the day with the balance going to the club.

Sounds like you'll have a ball, lads. 7 of us are playing it 4 days earlier so will be able to bore you with the condition of the course etc.

I'll see what the weather's like when we get there John.
On the basis that we are teeing off at 9.30 and have nowhere else to go afterwards, (other than the B&B in Inverness), I might even have a knock in the afternoon as well. It only adds about another tenner to the standard green fee so too good an opportunity to miss if the sun is shining.
If it's blowing a gale and hosing down then Inverness and a pint look favourite
Does look a superb track though and I love tight treelined fairways.....

If you're rarely up there then twice in a day is doable. It's a beauty. You will not be disappointed no matter the weather.

Oh, there are trees ok. I got intimately acquainted with most of them when I played there in '06

Ray (my mate) is suffering from a bit of a bad back at the moment. Doesn't stop him playing but he's having trouble carrying so I have booked a buggy for him (and me).
So 36 is definitely on the cards.

Unfortunately, BigBiffa has had to pull out at the last minute so we have a space left if anyone else would like to come along to make up the 3rd 4 ball.
