Any feedback on Maximus Golf?

Has anyone on here used maximus Golf? I am so reluctant to buy on-line.
But they do have something hard to find, just need to know if they are OK?

Never used them.

I am in the same boat as I am thinking of treating myself out of my redundancy with a Scotty circa 62 #6, I need it 33" not the standard 35" and Scotsdale golf have them, in fact they are the only place I can find them online selling the cut down verson but the price is £180 rather than the usual £160 for the 35".

First off can you order over the phone and check they really have it in stock. Second, pay with a Credit Card and you'll get a refund if things go Pete Tong.

I have used a fair few on-line golf shops and thankfully never had any probs.

Have you got MacGregor clubs?

MacGregor have gone bust and all left-over stock is basically close to worthless, unless you are after something in particular, then it might be worth a lot more to you
Tread carefully. Unless it's at least half price, it might be all the stuff that was stuck on the dockside in Holland for ages and then got liquidated - for peanuts.

Depends how you like to do business. Personally, I'd feel a bit odd about parting with £80 for a £100 bag if the stock was bought for pennies.

NB - I know nothing about the company/website...it might be deal of the century.

I've looked at the website and while it is a bit pncey with all the romanesque pillars on each page there are some decent deals. I'd be wary of Macgregor as I'm sure they went into liquidation so I'd check availability and ask for some confrimation of where the stock is coming from

I do have MacGregor clubs and love them, irons anyway
