Anti-virus

Anyone got any suggestions as to good anti-virus checking software for android tablets. There's loads come up when you Google, but my suspicious mind thinks that scam software would be a good route to getting the virus onto your tablet in the first place? (Or am I overly paranoid?)

AVG are pretty sound. I use them for work, Samsung tablet and phone.

I have been an AVG user for years on my desktop.

My lappie has McAffee installed and it seems just as good

Bitdefender is another reasonable choice
