Just thought that it was worth commenting on some top customer service received from Justgolfonline.

My brother had bought stand bag from them and I noticed that whilst we were playing the other week that the stand was collapsing. As I was ordering something else from the site I thought that I would mention the problems with the bag, not because I was complaining but more that I felt that he bag in question may not be very durable.

Next day I had an email asking for the order details then 24 hours later and phone message left asking me to call discuss what could be done to rectify the problem. Now there is a new bag on the way to my brother despite it being just out of warranty.

Bearing in mind that I never even asked for a replacement in the first place and was only looking to report a possible sub standard product I was more than impressed with how this was dealt with.

To be honest they have been great to deal with generally but this I felt was above the call of duty.

Duly noted. Will look to them as one of my first ports of call next time I buy online.

I'd rather pay slightly more if it means I'm getting 5 star customer service.

Thanks for sharing.

They are actually pretty cheap, they do more end of line and older gear at lower prices rather than the latest kit. Most ecent bargain from them was Ashworth polos at under a tenner.

That's actually good for me. I can't really justify buying a set of irons/a driver that came out last week. I got my Nike SQ Dymo from American Golf for £99 a couple of months ago. I think they were close to £300 when they came out. I'm sure the latest range are slightly better, but anything was an upgrade on my Callaway C4 and I'm happy with it.

I used to be the kind of person that needed all the latest stuff, but now if I can get stuff that's been available for a couple of years but it's going to be cheaper, I'll take it!

So double thanks! As I'd never heard of the site before.
