had a great lesson this evening, half of it on putting the other half on tempo and off the tee

I have now got some great drills to work on and I even heard a swear word (in a good way) when I was hitting my 4 hybrid (I was creaming it)

whilst I know I have loads to learn and hone I am in no doubt that my pro Ben Storey of N1 Golf at Beadlow Manor is the dogs danglies :) :)

good man, i also had a good lesson today.. It's great when you are put in the right direction, there is only so much you can do yourself... most of the time its wrong!

What is Beadlow like at the moment? I go round there with my misses brother from time to time, he lives in Biggleswade - normally mix it up between Baron and Baroness.. Its usually very boggy!!

never played the course and only went there for lessons due to the online presence via n1, its good cos I can book online at fairly short notice and cancel online if something comes up, although I rarely do.

good example was putting, I thought I was crap, we done some drills and he said I am better than I think I just dont opractice enough. Same with my long clubs, had a slice, 1 lesson has pretty much cured it and now it has transferred to my other clubs aswell so just by explaining why I had the issue and giving me a few pointers it clicked.

dont get me wrong, I am still pants but I am pants with a purpose :D

We'll be looking out for that blistering 4 hybrid at Beau Desert, might be a good choice for your first tee shot in front of the gallery. :D ;)

Are we all having good lessons at the moment? I think forum members are linked some how. We s***ked togther in January, shot low in Feb and March and now all are taking lessons :D

or the spagetti head syndrome, we all start the season just swinging and a few swing points not expecting much and we play well, then you start to 'think' about what you are doing and it all goes Pete Tong :D

anyone ever heard of instinctive golf? took a lesson there when I had complete swing disintigration, next day played one of the hardest courses in the UK and played to my handicap without losing a ball
