Annoying rugby mag advert...

The rugby mag advert is really grating on me. Every time I'm on the site and I try to shut the small advert down it brings me to my app download site which is a totally new page and I have to shut it down and then go back to the Internet browser and get back to golf monthly.

Is there any way to stop this?

I'd suggest you get the title changed f...ast!

I don't get that ad, though it takes a while to load pages on my quite flaky i'net connection - and it's waiting on ads for most of that! :angry:

Although I do get pop ups on some sites, I dont get any on here.

I'm not against ads at all, it's just the rugby one keeping kicking me off this site. It probably only a few extra clicks but still just as annoying.

I use Adblock on my laptop and don't get any ads on the forum.

Haven't yet set it up for my iPad so I see it there and it is truly irritating.

Haven't tried to find a version for safari but, if not, I'm sure there's a version of chrome for iPad and it should work on that.

I am finding this forum really frustrating to use with the iPad. I have the rugby ad on every other page I visit and the stupid Bridgestone golf balls one which won't go away on the right hand side of the page.

I appreciate that advertising keeps websites going however give me a means to get rid off once I've closed them the first time!!!!
