Afternoon all

After the success of our fitting series last year we have teamed up again with american golf. This year we are going to run six Max Your Game features, which focus on golfers struggling with a particular club in their bag. Selected applicants will be put through a fitting at an american golf store and will take away a suitable club to keep. They will be featured in the magazine as well as on a youtube video. I will be asking for applicants over the next few months to take part at the below stores but the first fitting will take place on Monday (20th Feb) at New Malden american golf http://www.americangolf.co.uk/store-locator/new-malden/.

If you can make it to New Malden american golf on Monday morning and are struggling with your driving you could be an ideal candidate. You will need to make your own way to New Malden and the process will take about 2 hours. If selected you will try a number of different models, and walk away with the driver best suited to your game. To be considered please email the following to paul_o'hagan@ipcmedia.com ...

Name
Forum name
Age
Handicap
Home club
Current driver
Why you are currently struggling with your driver

The two selected applicants will be notified by the end of the week.

Keep a look out on the forum for fitting opportunities at the following stores over the next few months...

Basingstoke
Clydebank
Belfast
Exeter
Middleton (Manchester)

Good luck to who ever gets chosen , I would of put my name down for it but I will be in Oxford that day and can't get out of it .

is a suitable reason for needing a new driver " even though the one I have at present is only 2 weeks old and hasn't even seen the golf course yet, it is starting to feel a bit dated"?..........OK thought not.......for that reason, I'm out.....

not suitable for 99% of players but totally understandable for a man with your vast selection of clubs,.

Two weeks old? Give another week and TM will have replaced it....

Apart from the paint chip on my 910D, im happy with it.

For that reason and the fact I have had an "opportunity" recently. IM OUT TOO :whoo:

Thanks Paul,

Slime.

P.S. Not currently affiliated to a club, hope that doesn't count against me!

When you say 'struggling with your driving' I presume you mean unable to hit it over 325 yards?

I'm a 350 man myself so I'll leave this to one of our 'shorter' members.
