So after a nice 4 day weekend I see the boss this morning and we discuss our golf from the weekend, chitta chatta bla bla bla.

Then the phone rings and he has a natter on the blower.... I carry on about my duties when I'm called to the office.... " fancy east Sussex national with *supplier who shall remain nameless *

SWEET, job done and tomorrow while being paid a days money I shall enjoy a nice expenses paid round around there - thank you very much!

Stuffy bugger. But hey a day out of the office, getting paid and having fun. Enjoy. You know if you loose your to be sacked. Not that I want to put a downer on it or owt.

Jammy b*&^%$ . . . .Enjoy :)

Supplier days are a rare thing these days. I remember when there were so many that I had to turn a lot of them down. Unfortunately, for the couple a year that do come up we have to take day's holiday !!!

Well I survived, teed off in puddling down rain which didn't stop until 16, braved with a set mac wets, I shot 34 points off the whites (not full champs) in very challenging conditions on the west course. Dropped 3 shots down 17/18 but 20 points in the front 9 alone I'm chuffed to bits!

Them mac wets...... They're something special

Seriously impressed. Ive always struggled with wet grips, I tried the m/wets before but I don't think it was we enough, by 5th everything was soaked, on with these and it was like my hands were glued to the club... The wetter the better

Well done OS, great scoring in those conditions and glad you survived it!

At least you didn't wimp out like Tuesday ha ha!

Difference is Chris this was golf during work time

Whats better is the guy we played with from the supplier is going to take us to the London club next month..... Oh bugger what a chure

Need anyone to help make up a fourball? ;)

This is why I always talk about my golf at work!

In the vain hope that someone offers my non golfing management team a round and they pass the invite to me.

Knowing my luck, they will ping me a mail asking to borrow my clubs :)

I've had two offers from suppliers to attend golf day events recently and I've had to turn them both down. One at The Grove, the other at Wentworth !!!!!!!!
