First off Laka, explain that the intention of the player with the swing (strike) to get the ball airborne (although counterintuitive)- is that when the ball is on the ground you must swing down through the ball. Currently as she's just started just make the backswing as she is but the don't try to lean back a ways with weight on the trail leg to try to hit the ball upwards with the club, the ground will always get in the way.

Try with say an 8i & just put the ball on top of a tee that's pressed right down into the ground, then 2" (inches) straight in front of the ball on the tee, push another short tee halfways into the ground. On direct line from the target but behind the ball say 6" push another short tee halfways down into the ground

Just ask her to make her backswing to top then feel some weight on the left foot as she swings downwards & miss the tee in the ground thats 6" (inches) behind the ball but swing down through the back of the ball & then also hit the tee in front of the ball.

Hopefully after a few swings she'll get that you swing downwards, & you do not lean backwards to try to swing upwards.

No problem hope it helps some, while she's doing the drill, just ask her to feel that she keeps a pretty 'steady & level head' (so that you're not seeing the head move either up or down or to the right then left in an pronounced way) & feel she swings downwards & past her chin, there will be some slight little head movement, as trying to keep the head 'locked' motionless can be a ways bad too.

Looks great to the top of backswing , but then head drops really aggressively. nd then there is no room for the arms and club to come through.
Little swing thought to keep her head a little bit more still when she start the downswing might do wonders.

If you ask her to note how she finishes the swings.
At the end of the practice swing she is well balanced and up on her right toe.
When she hits the ball, she is not. She is off balance and her right foot is flat on the ground.
Ask her to hit a ball thinking ONLY of a balanced finish up on her right toe and I promise she will see a great improvement.

It would be good to see from face on, as the right leg straightens on the backswing there could definitely be a reverse pivot taking place here. I also see quite a closed club face at waist height in the backswing which could lead to a reverse pivot where she then has to lean back on the back foot through impact to create some loft on the club to get the ball in the air and make it go straight. Here's a tip to help stop the reverse pivot but firstly must make sure she is setting up right from face on with the correct grip (not a strong grip)
