Advice please.

Played a round with one of my Brothers last week and he tried my driver,(he's always chopping and changing). He did hit it well and better than his Benross. He didn't get quite as much height as he likes with it.

I managed to find him one, 10.5* reg shaft. Sorry for the long intro, my question is:

Should he put the ball a bit further forward to get more height or tee up a bit higher? Or should he stick with 11* as his benross is?

Any thoughts appreciated.
