Looking at picking up a higher lofted hybrid as struggling with the 3 iron hybrid loft.

Apart from being able to change the loft and shot shape are there any other pro's/con's from having an adjustable head compared to a glued head with a set loft...

Pros: easier to swap shafts if you want to try different ones or suffer a breakage; easier to sort yardage gaps.

Con; depending on manufacturer you cannot spine or pure the shaft (Callaway is an exception) if that is important to you.

There's a 'con' to that 'Pro' as well!

Shafts with a 'foreign' adapter require a change of adapter before being usable.

I would not use an adjustable, you will keep trying to fix your game with your equipment setting instead of just fixing your game

Not necessarily. Had my 910 for nearly 5 years and have never changed the setting other than when i first bought it. Mucked about with it on the range, going from between maximum loft/maximum fade and minimum loft/maximum draw and could hardly notice any difference. Has been set to neutral ever since.
