Accomodation Milton Keynes

Open to any suggestions here. I am taking HID to watch the Foo Fighters at the MK Bowl on 3rd July and have been trying to find somewhere to stay for the nights of 2nd and 3rd July. Being the idiot that I am, however, I appear to have left it a bit late. The only hotel nearby with a room is charging £320 per night (the rate for the following week is £59 just to show the mark up). Even tried the camping route but the only one that I could find nearby (Citycamping) is full up and the last spaces went before I got home to book this evening.

Anyone got any recommendations or suggestions.

loads of places near MK, Bedford, Luton (only 10 mins up the M1), go on google maps, zoom out and look at the local area then try travel lodge etc

PM sent also Overstone Park has a room on the 3rd, so take your clubs & have a round aswell

MK not that well served in terms of hotel rooms, always tends to be a shortage when any decent event on at the bowl.

Will ask about and see if anyone can recommend somewhere but expect you may have to stay further afield

That said if £300 a night is the going rate might have to get the spare room advertised

A few Hotels around Buckingham/Leighton Buzzard I think and here at Aylesbury we're only half an hour from MK.
Towcester might be worth a look and Luton's only just down the A5

Probably good idea to look in Buckingham and Bicester. Its around 40 minutes to MK from Bicester and about 25 minutes from Buckingham.
