The SW of Scotland is dreary

Gonna have to disagree with that mate, the drive from Edinburgh to Moffat is anything but dreary, with the devils beeftub quite spectacular.The Solway Firth and the surrounding area is also lovely.It may not be as spectacular as the highlands but it's not dreary either.

Here's a shot i took on the way home from work

Quite funny, I see this pretty much everyday and never think twice about it, when I was a nipper my dad told me the trains went up and down the humps instead of through the middle I reckon mosty dads tell that to their kids, I certainly tell my kids that!
