A month off after 36 points - how do i come back?

What with a work trip, holiday and lots more work add in three children and i haven't hit a ball or posted here for a month.....

As the title suggests my last outing at the London Club went well, albeit off a 26 h/c

Am now a little worried that after a month off, i was practicing having a lot of lessons leading up to that game that my mojo will of gone?

Any tips on how to come back after a lay off?

Obviously hitting balls again would be a start!
