9 Hole Par 3 Course

Going to one tommorow and wondering what clubs to hire out when I get there.

Sold my golf set when I stoppped playing, getting back into thr game now. And going with a cousin to play the 9-hole par3 course at my local university.

A list of clubs that I should select to hire out would be a great help. Thanks.

*3 Iron

*9 Iron

*P Wedge/ L Wedge/ S Wedge

*Putter

...Would be enough.

I don't think you need a 3 iron. Generally the longest hole is about 170 yds so a 5i should be enough. Unless you prefer to play a slower swing.

There's a 9 hole par 3 near my house and I generally play it with 6i, pw, 56* wedge and putter. Then they require you to carry at least 5 clubs so I normally ad a 7i.

The longest hole is 173 yds, the shortest 98.
