my z tp has 12* of bounce and im thinking of a 60* for shots around the greens, what bounce would people recommend, something like 5* or more towards 10*, will be used from bunkers, little touch shots and things like that.
any help is appreciated,
thanks in advance.

Depends what type of course you play at. If your a links player then less bounce helps, if its not then more bounce is probably better for you, also beware with a 60 degree wedge with little bounce in the sand as it will just dig straight in.

Try a few out and see what you prefer.

I find a 58 more versatile but thats just my opinion!

I have the TP wedges and currently carry the 52, 56 and 60. I predominantly use my 60 out of bunkers if I'm short sided or on some holes where we have thicker rough. Otherwise I'll use my 56 for most chip shots etc. I'm only carrying three wedges as it is dry enough to get away with dropping my 3 wood. Come the winter I'll put the 3 wood back in and go back to a 52 and 58 degree set up

60* Vokey Spin Milled here, with 4* of Bounce.
Perfect for floaty lofty lobby shots around the green and over bunkers.

Depends if you're a 'Digger' or a 'Slider' ?

Depends if you are bonkers. Not a fan of wedges with more than 58 degrees loft. Any and every shot can be played with a 58 (been putting with mine recently). 60 degree and above are too unreliable. Had them, even had a 64, but moved them on.

I have to say I put the 3 wood/58 combo in the bag yesterday whe trying out my new swing (dropping the 56/60 wedges) and really missed the 60 for greenside shots but found the 58 much more robust out of bunkers than either the 56/60. I guess its a balancing act and whilst the courses are still running a 3 wedge set up (52, 56 and 60 plus just the 5 wood and driver) are a better option.

Depends on how good a player you are and how much practice time you will devote to this club.

For us mere mortals a 60* lob wedge usually costs more shots than you save.

Said it before, unless you practice, practice..... Lob wedge = Blob wedge
