4 - ball scrambles.

Scramble at ours today. Winning team had combined handicaps of 72 ie an average of 18 handicap. Once again the low handicappers were nowhere

It would help the argument to have the rest of the key elements confirmed - 4 drives each and medal at 10%

Also a total of 72 isn't that high - 24, 24, 20 and 4 will be very effective if you don't have the rule that prohibits the player who's shot is selected playing the next one each time because you effectively have a 4 handicapper having 3 shots to choose from each time for the extra 5.6 shots over a team of 4s. On a shorter course, or with long but inconsistent high handicaps, I'll take the shots everytime.
 
We play 10% of the combined 4 players h/cs, maximum team h/c allowed is 6 strokes , decimal points are counted. 3 drives each , but the par 3s can't be counted as 1 of your drives.

yes 1/10th of handicap 3 drives each. think the lowest player in the winning team was off 14
