Q-School Graduate
Well that was a long day 36 holes in that heat. Just to recap got in our enmore stag comp as I was a reserve got put off last with local member +1 and county champ also off +1. Well I desided to just play my own game but it did not play out that way. I could not stop dropping shot 3 over after 3 10 over on turn and 15 over 1st round. I did not strike the ball that bad 1st 9 but just couldn't putt and watching these + players hit fairway and greens non stop was impressive. The guy who's card I marked played 2under both rounds and he was a pleasure to play with. The other guy was ok. There golf game was a complete different class to mine there drives we're 50 yards pass my best never seen sooooo much hang time on a drive. My afternoon round was going ok til I had a triple on the 9th so turned 8 over. Started rolling in putts on back 9 and shot level. So 1 over handicap which I was happy with. Conclusion from day are that I am not as good a golf as I thought after watching these gusy and I need to get custom fit when I get a driver next to see if I can add any yards
