1st game tomorrow update

Hi all
As mentioned in previous post today I was going to play me 1st 9 holes since fracturing my ankle a little while ago.

The weather was glorious, I managed to play 6 holes before my ankle started to ache and become painful so decided to give up at that point.
The golf was quite surprising though, after 3 holes I was only 2 over par and after the 6 I was 5 over, though starting to go down hill, not bad considering I haven't played in a few months.
Will be giving the golf a rest now for the next week and maybe try some more next weekend.
Thanks for all the comments on my last post and it's great to be back.

Glad you enjoyed it. Good that you didn't push on the full 18. Not sure I could have held back considering the weather.

Glad you were able to go out and get a few holes in anyway and enjoy the glorious weather. Hope it isn't too sore in the morning

Hi Barb
didn't realise your injury was so bad. Great to have you back on the forum and the course. Have been having my own probs lately - maybe we'll manage a get together one of those days- even if it's 2-ball foursome!
