18 - 13 in two medals :-)

Had a couple of decent rounds lately that has seen my handicap go from 18 - 16 and then from 16.1 - 13.1 thanks to a cheeky wee 43 points in a medal with a nr on the 6th hole. I am chuffed to be down to 13 as my target for the year was to get to 14.

I have really enjoyed this years golf and its the first time I felt I could actually play to my 18 handicap for a couple of years. Had some regualr buffers this year which gave me confidence. Starting a new job in August and having a new kid in May really curtailed my bounce games (I played in 80-90% of medals) but hopefully next year I will get out semi regular.

No practice/ driving range I just played holes this year. My plan for winter is a couple of lessons and a game every 2 weeks or so.

Looking forward to playing off 13 now although I now have to give shots to some right hackers lol
