Get the deck of cards app.... if you do all 52 cards I think its 104 push ups, 104 burpees, 104 sit ups and 104 star jumps.
Running up to our last grading (Krav Maga) some of us were doing it in just over 20 minutes, sometimes substituting
burpees for shuttle runs :s.
Not sure I could do it now though

Thinking 100 burpees might be the next challenge :mmm:
