100 Press Ups...

Get the deck of cards app.... if you do all 52 cards I think its 104 push ups, 104 burpees, 104 sit ups and 104 star jumps.
Running up to our last grading (Krav Maga) some of us were doing it in just over 20 minutes, sometimes substituting
burpees for shuttle runs :s.

Not sure I could do it now though

Ooh I like the sound of that challenge - I guess you break it up rather than 104 of one followed by 104 of another?
 
Yeah it generates a card at random like going through a shuffled pack. so if say clubs are push ups and an Ace of clubs pops up then you have to do 14 push ups then the next card could be 3 of hearts (sit ups)..... and on and on.

Jokers are rest periods of upto 90 seconds (you can change that in settings)

Welcome Mr DOMS. Too much with no rest periods.

Resting the muscle sets by doing basic core one day then push ups the next is enough time for muscle recovery. I used to do weight lifting when I was a lot younger and we used to work out muscles in specific sets to give 48 hour rest periods for each muscle group used the only days we worked all muscle sets was on lifting practice days which always followed a full rest day.
