Not that I have ever done this
But
If you shoot a 10 why do you do it
For me its because I normally top 6 of the shots

Why would you keep hitting it to get to ten?
Only if you love standing on the green using your putter to point to each and every shot when recounting as it may have been an 11.
:whoo:
With me it's usually because I refuse to take my medicine. I always think I can hit it through gaps in trees that a squirrel would struggle to squeeze through. This year I concentrated more on course management and reduced the number of horror holes as a result.
9 is pretty good for this year seeming as Kevin Na gscored 16 a few months back !Surely in medal play you have no choice but to keep going. If I have a horror and thankfully 9 is my worse score this year it is usually as a result of a lost ball off the tee. Tends to be finished with an obligatory 3 putt too
i always play on for the reason that it gets reduced down for handicap purposes anyway so the chance to get cut is still there.
I am now really looking forward to tomorrow's medal in this wind - thanks a bunch.
i'll say it because i missed the putt for 9.
