This doesn't surprise me, especially when you see a toaster/kettle set going for £599 :eek:
Bonkers perhaps, but I spent £200 on a 4 slice toaster about 10 years ago. British made, everything is replaceable as a spare part and still making excellent toast. I don't see a cafe without one like it:)

I bought a 2 slice one from Asda for about £15 8 years ago and it's still making excellent toast. Each to their own I guess.

No longer any need for Scotty’s or £800 putters..

There is this new tech called Puttview doing the rounds at the Orlando PGA show….it is allegedly so good that with a piece of balsa-wood attached to a thin rectangular shaped stone you will be able to 1-putt
