Do push trolleys require winter wheels on all 3 wheels or is just two on the back acceptable?
I recently bought a trolley that came with winter wheels but only with two.
If I do need 3 I don't want to buy a whole new set of wheels so if anybody has a spare I can buy that'd be appreciated...
I'm not sure how long I've been playing with it like that but it's the first time I've noticed it. I used it a lot a couple of days ago so I don't think just one swing will snap it but it's over use is eventually going to.
Recently noticed this on the shaft of my driver around half way up, is it a cause for concern?
It is slightly raised which leads me to think it's starting to snap but it's not easily noticeable unless I pointed it out to you. I'm not sure if it's the paint that's just cracking or the actual...
By club comp I mean fixtures in the league that the team play in, not competitions that we can enter. I believe two of the competitions we can enter, including the club championship that anybody over a handicap of 10 isn't gonna bother with.
No I'm not a junior. The competitions don't last forever, usually around midday for 2-3 hours but for somebody I joined with it's a real pain.
I just enjoy playing with the same group of people as I can't usually dedicate longer hours every visit. For the last 3 months I've only been playing...
As a relatively new member of the golf club scene I was wondering what your respective golf clubs were like for tournaments throughout the week?
My current club holds 2-4 events during the week and 2-3 at the weekend.
However, the main reason for this thread was because quite often, we can't...
Some great advice there coach thanks. I have realised a while ago about keeping the club face slightly shut on the takeaway and before I take every shot I take the club back parallel to the floor to get the feel of what the face should be like at that point. However when I take my shot I find...
Any better?
I think there's a lot of room for improvement though so I will get a lesson in the near future. :smirk:
I uploaded this one straight from my phone and although I recorded it in slow-mo, it didn't go on Youtube as slow-mo.
Any comments appreciated :D...
Thanks for the reply everyone.
As an update, I went to the range and tried to feel the club dropping slightly before releasing and hands coming more inside.
I just played a full round with no shanks so it seems to have worked. I feel a little bit lost with my swing like I'm starting over...
That's generally what people say when I tell them I have shanks but I've not suffered with a slice for years now, More often than not I draw a ball as opposed to fading it. Didn't know an OTT swing can draw the ball hence I've not been trying to fix that.
If I'm definitely OTT then...
I've recently developed the shanks and would like to know if anybody can see anything obvious from this DTL slowmo. It's not something new. I experience it every year or so.
Background:
2 Weeks back I shot a PB 82 but was still unhappy with my early extension that I'm finding impossible to get...
