If they are so prestigious with high fees, why do they need a bar levy? I would be ok with a club that is struggling a bit to finance the bar having one but not if the club is loaded.

Mini, Audi, Ford - definitely. I had a VW Golf 2004 -06 and I am pretty sure it was the same. Turn ignition off then on, fog lights off if they had been on. In the Ford Fiesta I have now, the auto lights also reset to back on.
