What loft is your sand wedge?

So you walk onto the green and start putting while another player is hitting to that green?

Im 39 and I carry for the exercise, the odd time i reach my ball and need to take a moment to get my breath back but mostly fine. Played 5 days in a row last week carrying all the time and was a bit achey but thats to be expected.. Its pretty much the only exercise i get so no rush to get a trolley.

Heard good things about that inesis set that you have, not sure any of those package sets would be much of an improvement. If are adamant you want a full matching set i'd just go try out the ones you are looking at and buy the one that feels the best. In regards to not wanting to mix and match...

I started with a set of Donney irons and wedges and putter, bought a cheap hybrid out sports direct and that was all i needed to get out on the course. Over the next year, i replaced the irons (ex-demo) out american golf, bought a driver off a lovely gentleman on here, got a 3 wood and 5 wood...

Ive been playing for 2 years now and im taking clubs out the bag more and more rather than adding clubs in. Those sets will all be much of a muchness, good quality basic clubs. Id just gradually add/replace your current set as needed. What is your current set up?

I usually keep some beef jerky in the bag for a mid round snack, just make sure you have plenty of fluids with it.

I just dont hit the clubs that are putting me in trouble, even if it means teeing off with a 7 iron. It means your probably not going to get to some greens in regulation but keeps high scores off the card.

Yeah thats the part I mean. Good to know its just cosmetic. Was getting worried about the head flying off. Hopefully get another couple of years out the club then :)

Hi, I have ping G10 driver and have noticed a gap appearing between the hosel and clubhead, only a few millimetres. Should i be worried that the head is going to fly off at some point? Do i need to get it fixed or can i continue to play with it as normal.

This is the same price range I usually look at, inesis and and the rbz soft are the ones i tend to buy although im not at a level i can actually tell the difference between a range ball and a pro v1.

I only ever carry 10 clubs. Driver, 3hy, 5hy, 7, 8, 9 iron pw sw and lob wedge and putter. 5 wood, 5 & 6 iron stay in the car as i cant hit them so no point carrying them. The lob wedge is a recent promotion from car to bag after many hours at the practice area getting used to it.

2 hybrids in the bag. Callaway xr 19 degree and king cobra f9 24 degree. Used to love the 19 degree but have fallen out of love with it recently, just not getting the consistency i want. Probably time for another lesson.

What Sats said. Thats the approach i took, was out on the course for well under £500 with good quality gear and have just added to the bag as i progress. I have been playing just over a year and still onky take 9 clubs out on the course. Driver, 3 hyb, 5 hyb, 7, 8, 9 iron, pw, sw & putter. I...

Not got the laser but bought a few inesis products and all do the job. Very good value for money.
