When Course Rating minus Par comes in I am trying to find out if the score diff for a tee set that is 68.5 on a par 70.
At the moment, if i shoot a +10 on that set of tee's the score diff comes out at 12. Do the new changes mean that the the score diff will likely be 10.5 now instead of 12?
Thank you for the reply, I think I understand it a lot more now. So in your example if the courts decide it to be negligent then a claim can be made against the person hitting that shot. And therefore by virtue of the fact it’s neglegent it would be covered by the 10m personal liability we all...
Not disagreeing with that, I’m only interested in public liability, which I have already under the one we have all paid for as part of our affiliation fee’s so I don’t think there would be any benefit from me paying again unless I also want my clubs insured. Cheers.

Thank you. Is is as black and white as negligent

I agree with you that it would make more sense that you would not be covered if you are irresponsible, but it reads like it Only covers you for deliberate, irresponsible or negligent mistakes "in the event that you are found to be negligent for causing injury to another person" otherwise it...
Thank you for the reply. So basically if you have not been negligent, then you cannot be sued, therefore you do not need to have insurance for this scenario. Example you hook a drive you shout fore as loud as possible, it hits somebody, you cannot have any claims that will lead to prosecution...

He has an active handicap but obviously will not be partaking in the medal I intend to play in. Or do the rules state that only fellow competitors can mark and sign a medal card?
