Impressive numbers indeed!
When I bought my new driver the other day, I think my clubhead speed maxed out at 95mph, I was very disappointed in that, but it means there's lots of room for improvement. .
I've not done a session since 25th as I could feel my wrists getting sore, so just hitting...
Not that I really want to get in on this, especially as it's been done to death now, but the one thing you're all missing is capture speed. Because of this, I do agree with what Olly is saying, and can see that some people are not reading what he's saying.
Here's a very good tweet explaining:
Just bought a Srixon ZXi driver with a Hazardous Black shaft.
Went for the fitting expecting not to find anything better than my current 0811 XF PXG, also was specifically looking at Srixon, Cobra and Wilson due to potential cost.
Within the first 5 swings with the PXG it became apparent...
Heading to Portugal next Friday for 4 days with 7 friends.
It's been raining constantly for the past month or more and the forecast for next weekend isn't letting up.
Just been sent a video from Ombria which is 20km from where we're playing and the whole course is completely flooded.....
Following a few different exercises online, YouTube has a lot in that respect.
Lots of swings, goblet squats, cleans, presses, full body workout stuff. Really enjoying it and my wife's been joining in too so even better that we're doing it together.

But say there's a front pin, you're basically aiming to land it short and hope it rolls out the right amount?
I just don't get how you can go off total rather than carry, there's so many variables, you're a mad man.
Just finished my first speed training session since September last year.
I've been very consistent with my kettlebell workouts so far this year and in all honesty, I can't see that slacking because I love how versatile the KB is, and doing 10-15 minute workouts is seriously pushing me...
That to me is absolutely bonkers, I know it's what you're used to but I think you'd struggle to find many golfers that base their numbers off total distance. As was mentioned earlier, if you've got a carry over water or a bunker, how can you know it's enough?
Roll out is so unpredictable, what...
My target is to get my niggly wrist injuries resolved, this will require some strength and conditioning work - I got some kettlebells for Christmas and will be committing to 3 workouts a week, I did a 10 minute one on Saturday and it beat me up. Next one is tonight.
This will allow me to get...
