Spot on mate! Got it sorted as a friend of a friend noticed straight away the slider had risen! To answer other questions no the bag didn't stand at all as the legs wouldn't 'spring' open! A quick tap down with a hammer and it's good as new now easy solution to what could have been an expensive...

Ahh that's good to know! Yeah it's not terrible but it's enough that sometimes the bag falls over especially if windy or on a slope, I'll try find that video then as I can't think where I would be 'tapping' cheers!
