Any more up to date feedback on this site? I can see some in the bargains thread, but am alooking at dropping £700 on an electric trolley (CT6) , so a bit wary.
Thanks
I was living in Belgium, learned to drive in a long wheelbase Peugeot 504 left hand drive with a steering column gear shift. Came to UK at half term after I turned 18 (which was age to drive in Belgium) and passed my test in a RHD mini metro with a floor shift.
Years are when I bought them...
8 of us heading from the south coast to Carnoustie in April. Obvs a long drive, we will aim to leave here lunchtime and overnight somewhere north of Carlisle, but needs to be in striking distance for our first day tee time at Carnoustie at lunchtime next day.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
Messed up is an excellent way to describe The Boys - I am absolutely loving it, just finished Season 2. I see Season 4 is in production too! Will do Gen V next deffo!
I had a mate who was a member at the Belfry years ago. We played the Brabazon one January, and I bounced a 9 iron off the (frozen solid) lake in front of 18 onto the green and two putted for par.
I bought an Ancocs carbon fibre one of these for £12 from their Amazon shop two years ago, and absolutely swear by it. It has a money clip for notes too (so I always have some cash even though I don't use it often). Excellent quality, and meant I got rid of the fat wallet from my back pocket...
Yep, typically SI's follow the Congu guidelines for exactly that reason. I always find it strange when courses have odd and even SI's in the same 9 holes.
So at my new club the Stroke 1 hole is only 376 off the yellow tees. I know distance isn't everything, and it's a tough 1st shot to leave you with a shot to the green, but it got me thinking what might be the shortest stroke 1 hole (and equally the longest stroke 18) that you know of.
I have had Derek DelGaudio's In and Of Itself on my watchlist for ever, and finally watched it at the weekend. It's basically his live show in New York. Unfortunately it's on Disney, but watch it in a darkened room as though you are at the theatre and it's mesmerising.
