Anyone catch the programme tonight?

Like the regular Apprentice with Lord Sugar etc. This time the contenders are on the whole, obnoxious little tw**s who'd shop their own mother to progress in the programme.

First one out tonight was a complete tosspot called Mohammed who looked about 12 yrs old. Claimed to have organised everything, carried out everything and sold everything in their challenge. During the round the table session with Lord Sugar he argued, inyerrupted and generally refused to shut up. A clearly disagreeable young chap.

I foresee this being compulsive viewing due to the fact that the young scallywags will become more desperate to dob one another in as the programme progresses.

Fully agree that this could be quite compulsive, lots of back stabbing and tantrums to come. Some particularly unpleasant brats there.

That little lad Mohammad, what an arse. You can tell from a mile away that he runs errands for his daddy yet claims to run the show. Similarly, a couple of them were talking about their careers to date.....they are 16! lol.
I have to say that if I went onto the show, I would play it down as much as possible and just let my work do the talking, spouting rubbish just doesn't cut it.

I did laugh when the wee guy got a ride in the big car rather than a black hackney.

"3 x 4 = 28!!!!" These are supposed to be young entrepreneurs and the can't even do primary school arithmatic! Perhaps they could get a job working for a bank!

Quality entartainment all round. No doubt the program is edited and tweaked to make the contestants look like muppets but, hey, that Mohammed boy and the lippy irish lad didn't need much help to look like mouthy know-alls.

Did anyone clock the bling watch on that wee scroat?

5 years time I predict he will be running a whore house in the East End and peddling drugs along with biatches.

I'd imagine there's some serious money to be made in that - good margins

Pity really last junior apprentice all of them were very likeable and looked pleasant enough. This series however looks full of public schooled tw@ts

The thing about these kinds of programmes is that whilst they may have started off as genuine attempts to find new talent they have now become another arm of reality TV. They don't pick the best candidates in terms of ability they pick the people who are going to make the best viewing. As it is basically car crash TV that means having lots of people who we will grow to loath but will watch week in week out in the hope that they finally get their comeuppance.

That was shown up massively in the last series of the Apprentice and it was no suprise that in the final all the business plans were utter tripe. Didn't stop me watching every episode though.

I'm glad this came up. We all sat round the telly-box like mad nutters to watch one of my daughter's school sixth formers give it her best shot. (Hayley).
This programme winds me up like almost nothing else. James is a wally and Harry is the typical ego maniac public school kid who needs to come down about six pegs.

Well said. The only downside is that kids will watch it and get the idea that it's OK to be an arrogant idiot, which is half the problem with certain youngsters if you ask me.
