X2hot vs x2hot pro

Pro has a smaller head, narrower sole and topline and less offset....
Other than that.....not a lot really.
Lofts are similar but the Pro will probably launch a little lower.
Stock shafts are different but both are decent.

Never been a fan of Callaway, after a lot of raves about the X2Hot, I gave them a trial a couple of months back but I just couldn't get on with them, felt like bricks when impacting the ball. Not wanting to hijack your thread, thought I'd give Callaway another chance, I tried the XR hybrid's and driver yesterday (comparing against my Ping G15 , and the club I was interested in - the new Adams Blue) and they were magic! The XR driver added 40 yds to my Ping distances, and the XR 3 hybrid (19 degree) added 20 yds over my Nike 2 hybrid (17 degree), both clubs seemed top keep the dispersion tighter too. Need to try them on the course and start saving some readies......

Ok, thanks. Ive got the 22* hybrid. Like it a lot, I'm looking at getting the pro 18* and the pro15* fairway

Ah...thought you were talking irons!
Pro hybrids have a smaller head and 1° weaker lofts. Offset is similar.
Shafts are very different.
Pro has the Aldila Green that needs a decent swing speed to get it working
Standard hybrid has the Blue that is a better fit for average players.
Both long, both good.
Pro fairways follow a similar path as the hybrids...they have the green shaft, smaller head and the face is, I believe, fractionally open compared to the standard which is fractionally closed.
Pro fairways are less forgiving.

Worth a look at the XR range- easy to hit.

Just to add to the very informative posts already made, the shaft in the pro version is a little heavier as well.

From memory (which isn't as good as it used to be!) the std version is mid 50's (grammes) and the pro is low 70's.

If you can live with a couple of scratches I have 15° and 19° fairways in the for sale section. Both pro version heads, but the 3w has the std version blue shaft in.

Great Thanks. I'm going to steer clear of the XRs, so they can all be X2Hots.

I've had a quick look on the net, and can only find a 3 wood and 3 hybrid in stock in the pro versions. Any one know where they have the 3 wood and 3 hybrid normal X2Hot, in regular please. It would be easier rather than having to buy them seprately!
Thanks.

I've done a bit of reading up and think I defo need to non pro versions. Just need to track down a website or shop that has 15* and 19* hybrid in stock and at a decent price!

I was getting the two pro versions for £165 at Direct golf.)

Ive the pro 18 deg hybrid and the 15 deg 3 wood in the Xhot 2, both are awesome clubs, i find them easy to hit and though they launch higher than i would like still get a penetrating flight off both. Both have small heads, which i like, ive got an the xhot pro 13.5 and the 2 has an ever smaller head than that.
