Wirral area golf advice wanted

Can anyone give me any information on the following courses please.

Bromborough Golf Club
Helsby Golf Club

Not really interested in other courses as these have competitions on the dates I'm free to travel

Bromborough is a decent enough parkland course although I found it a bit uninspiring when I played it. Some nice holes but some ordinary.
Jets flying into JL airport come overhead if the wind's in the wrong direction and can be noisy at times. M53 not far away either.
Footpath runs through the course too.

Helsby is a parkland course with some quirky holes. Not that long but surprisingly dry when others within the area were wet. 1970s clubhouse staff very welcoming.

Just to add, good access from the M56-M53, also reccomend getting a course planner as I say for the quirky holes very worth it.

Both half decent courses, but both for £35 is a good deal.
