Wimbledon-longest game ever

In the middle of watching the longest match in the history of tennis so far 42/42 in the 5th set over 8 hours.however whoever wins will have no energy left to play there next match.Do the rules need changing?My suggestion would be 10/10 final set then toss a coin for service and then a sudden death game.Anyone else see the match or have any ideas.

It's a freak match so I wouldn't worry about it enough to change the rules.

Wimbledon so far has been fantastic. Federer almost going out to a nobody, Nadal looking stronger than he has for a couple of years and Murray seemingly back to some kind of form.

It's was mad. The guy john looked like he was dead onhis feet but was still managing to serve aces on his serve.

Phenomenal fitness. They played all day in that heat. They've already played longer than England will in the World Cup, even if they get to the final.
I'd not want to see a tennis ball for weeks if it was me.
Shame there has to be a loser.

I think they have shown the top class football players up with their amount of stamnia.

Footballers complain that 2 games in four days is a big problem. On a park for 90 mins and you only have the ball for 10% of that maybe, the rest of the time skipping up and down the park at half speed.

The tennis players have had an unrelenting 9 hours(!!!!) of play, with no hiding place. They ARE the real package!
