why didnt i do this on saturday!!

as you may know i played badly in my first handicap round on saturday and shot a 104 which is one of the highest rounds i have shot in a long time...

Today i go for a round and shoot 89 which is more my standard, problem is i wasnt playing with a member so couldnt get my card signed to enter!!

But overall im happy with how it went today, hopefully get a round with a member on thursday!!

Went out last thursday shot 5 over gross. Saturday? 27 points!! Brutal.

Sounds like Saturday was a classic case of trying too hard to make a score or impress and not doing the basics right. We've all been there!

yep. Friday night, knockout cup I shot 89. Saturday morning medal, shoot 98 for a 0.2 increase........ the only solace for me was knowing that it was only two particular holes that killed it, but for them the rest of the round would have had me in the 80's so I wasn't too down on myself.

It's just one of the things that we have to get used to at our level.

It would seem so.....
No change after the previous comp (21.5), after last weekend (21.7). I haven't figured it out either.

Carried over from a miscalculation on the previous comp?

Maybe its a club adjustment? Is it that time of year? Check the board..

OR maybe its a HDID error, <u>ALWAYS</u> check your handicap at your club, not on the net before a comp or if there is a query.
