Which TOP Courses Do You Intend Playing in 2011?

Having played Royal Birkdale and The Brabazon last year (84 at Birkdale with 3 birdies! Chuffed with that), I am planned to play Celtic Manor (Montgomerie & Roman Road, may upgrade to 2010?) in early april and Trevose in June any advice greatly received.

Where do you plan on playing this year that you're looking forward to?
 
Looking forward to St Andrews in May where we are booked for the Old Course and the New Course as well as getting a game with golfcitydweller on The Jubilee Course.

Also have the Irish Forum Meet at Ballyliffin in June where we are playing both courses there although have played them before but still really looking forward to it.

Also hoping to get down to Druids Glen this year.

Its gonna be a great golfing year

Surely one of the Blairgowrie boys will get me a game as well, now where else can I invite myself too!!!!! :D


Played Dundonald, playing Machrihanish and Machrihanish Dunes next month and hope to try and get another "biggy" in in September time, maybe Royal Dornoch or Gleneagles or the like.

Other than that I've got a few goat tracks planned, Woodhall Spa Bracken, Blackwood, Hanbury Manor, Goswick, Gerrards Cross, Beau Desert, Cooden Beach, Redlibbets, Merrist Wood, Downshire, etc.
 
St Georges Hill this Wednesday, The Berkshire next month, and St Andrews, Old and New, and Scotscraig on October. Can't wait for the Scotland trip, and meeting up with Steve and hopefully gcd.

What a coincidence - nearly the same list as me!!

Will probably have to slum it round the two goat tracks at both Sundridge Park and Saunton at some point as well!! :D :D Am also being dragged kicking and screaming to The Grove - believe that it's taken over from Twickenham as the main sporting 'cabbage patch'! :D

Am also quite happy to share the pain should it be required / offered for any of the South East links; or those shocking Surrey heathland tracks ;)

Where's Blackwood ?? Friend of mine sent me an email saying he was looking forward to playing my course, Broadmoor !!!! :D
 
Blackwood, Broadmoor, Blackmoor, it's all the same to me. Somewhere in Surrey apparently.

All I know about it is it'll be wet if it has anything to do with Smiffy.
 
Got The Castle Course end March,Royal Aberdeen and Torrance at St Andrews Bay end of April.Royal Montrose and Dunbar in May,Ballylifin GM trip early June,Plzen in Czech Republic late June.

After that it could be time to spend a few days at home but I have plans for St Andrews Old in September,Turnberry at some point,may,hopefully get a game at Birkdale through work,Ganton if I don't get bombed out in a ballot and may return to Royal Aberdeen in September if funds permit.
 
Carton House for a few days in September & Sultan/Pasha/Monty courses in Turkey in a month's time (be nice to see the sun for a change), probably play a few open comps down at Castletown as well
