Typical forumite, asked for opinions, got lots of good advice then ignored it all and bought the one (or almost) that I planned to lol
First impressions, the mower (DLM432) is excellent. Deal on at the moment if you buy certain ones you get 2 additional 5ah Makita LXT batteries for free, which means as well buying a new mower Ive refreshed my power tool battery supply which was long overdue
For £350 I got the 43cm LXT mower, 4 5ah batteries and a dual charger, the bare bones mower is approx £200
Back lawn is approx 150ft by 60ft and took me about 45 mins and filled the grass collector 4 times, the 2 5ah batteries started to flash as nearly empty just as I finished
One thing I did learn, lawnmowers are like TVs, when you think you are buying big enough, buy the next size up (or the one after that lol)
If you lived a lot closer, I'd let you borrow my self propelled HayterOK 3 mths in and opinion not as good!
The front wheel on it broke (its on a relatively flimsy arm) so it went back to Makita. Thankfully they fixed the wheel no problem, sadly it came back with the main housing vibrating horribly and making an utter racket, louder than a petrol mower. Its going back to them again on Tuesday sigh, going to be trying to borrow a petrol mower or pay next doors gardener to cut the jungle

We've got the hoover too and my missus get offers sent to her a fair bit - we missed the date for the 40-50% off (can't remember exactly) they had going on the mower but when I decided that we need a new mower she phoned them up and they gave us the offer price.I got one 50% off on Black Friday it’s brilliant.
