When you save yourself a few quid....

Thai Chilli are the business. You have won big time today (y)

This is a feel good thread :D
Picked grandaughter up from pre Skool. Raided daughters crisp stash. Guess what was winking at me. A bag of walkers Thai sweet chill. Cost me nowt. Was a toss up between those and a bag of mcCoys crinkle cheese and onion. To save one bags feelings, I had them both. Saved me a fortune

Just breaking in my black leather Converse boots. £95 down to £25 at the Converse outlet store; the blue ones were even better, down to £15. 😁👍

Hmmmm. The first two prices I obtained at home, granted. But the third one (the highest) was on my work’s computer.

So not sure about your theory...?

Did you type the website into google?

Whatever I pay for a bag of them now it will still be better than free overall... that product was single handedly responsible for my bonus one year I worked for Walkers.

...it feels very good doesn't it!

So in August we're going to my friend's villa in Lanzarote. We've been before, he's charging us a nominal fee to use it. But the flights have always been a kicker. Last time we went, our five return flights came to over £2500.

Another mate of mine tipped me off that easyJet released their summer flight schedule this morning. So I set my alarm for 5am and sat over the iPad, continually refreshing the page for flights. Soon as they came up, I was in. Got them for £900!

Checked them again an hour later, they'd gone up to £1700.

Checked them again just now. They currently stand at £2100!!

By being on the ball and buying flights 8 hours ago, I've saved myself over a grand! Feeling very smug at the moment!:cool::cool:

Excellent work... the 1K will go towards any new EU visas and changes to overseas insurance cover.. will be cracking summer

My Mrs bought a £95 coat for a bargain £38.
Got it home and decided it was just a tad too small, it had the dreaded Velcro and she was not 100% about the colour.
Sold it on eBay for £30 -£4 postage now buying a £120 coat.
Is she doing this bargain thing correctly.

My golden rule is .…...would you have bought it at full price...…......if so, it is then a bargain.
