We have plenty of molehills around Aylesbury Park.
Once they've been produced, the soil gets dispersed and a bare patch of earth is left. These then get flattened by the mowers.
This is hypothetical, it didn't crop up today but it could have.
If a ball was to finish on one of these ex-molehills, does it still qualify as one thereby leading to free relief..?

My initial thought was No but I thought I'd get some opinions.

Here's the relevant Decision.

25/23 Molehills
Molehills are casts made by a burrowing animal. Accordingly, a player having interference from a molehill, or the remains of a molehill, is entitled to relief under Rule 25-1b, provided, in the latter instance, the remains are still identifiable as a cast made by a burrowing animal.

Ah!
So if we know it was originally a molehill then it remains a molehill until it returns to grass.....
Have I read that right?
