Amen brother :D

The walking dead intrigued me as a few are raving about it, checked imdb and mixed reviews, I'll get series 1 boxset first.

Most tv is missable. If its not USA rubbish. Its mainly repeats, or so it seems. Rather get my guitar or my water colours out and do something.

For comedy, nothing tops The Big Bang Theory, although Californication and Weeds are both a close second.

For drama -

True Blood - Season 4 was great again
Sons of Anarchy
Game of Thrones

Very much looking forward to Walking Dead Season 2 on Friday

Only two tv shows worth watching at the moment IMO - Spooks and Boardwalk Empire. Both are brilliantly made and acted. Also never miss the Rugby Club on Sky Sports, particularly as Quins have made a storming start to the season. On a related point, anyone else getting very bored with Sky's golf coverage?

I just don't find The Big Bang Theory funny at all. But I'd forgotten about Sons of Anarchy - awesome.

Weeds was back on form this last series after a bit of a lull. Doug is one of my favourite characters on any tv show ever.

The big bang theory (watched it from the start think its hilarious, to start watching it now might not be as funny)
Two and a half men (new or old love it)
Mike and Molly (watch this because the missus likes it but can be quite funny)
Idiot Abroad (finally someone who speaks their mind on tv)
Would I lie to you (I like Rob Brydon and Lee Mack so this is an obvious watch for me)
Fresh Meat (has some funny bits in it but just got into watching it)
Spy (well watched the first episode and got it on series link to watch)
Hustle (love this program wish they could do more episodes but ideas are hard for this)
A League of their own (think this can be quite funny at times, bit like they think its all over)
Educating Essex (very interesting in how children really are at school)

Have all these on sky+ so can watch them when I want.

I'm enjoying the last Spooks (shame) also Boardwalk Empire is truly outstanding. TBH I'm not enjoying a lot of tv at the moment, everything seems to be aimed at women apart from sport, there are no decent progs for us lads and the programmers seem to think we are ok with a bit of footie and that'll do us, we need some programmes to watch as well.

Modern Family - possibly the best thing on TV
Idiot Abroad - not always funny but you do get some good lines
Terra Nova - Watching it but not 100% sure about it
Spy - Looks very good but just one episode
Little England - as I'd love to live in France

And with having a wife, Strictly is watched which with some of the outfits I can just about bear it and the kids insist on X-Factor which I don't particularly like apart from looking at Kelly Rowland...

One program I do enjoy though is the sports papers review on a Sunday morning where all the sports hacks get round a table and chew the fat... boy do I have a life?

QI
HIGNFY
Top Gear
UK Gold

oh dear Bob:eek:
Question was about dramas and series, QI's not a drama, neither is top gear, UK Gold is/was a tv station and neither, and that last word must have been typed on your 5th Scotch;)

:D

no offense but couldnt resist
