I'd be looking at a new pro. Unless the one you're with now has an exceptional reputation and is inundated with lessons etc which may explain the non-reply then he's very poor at looking after his customers and you don't need to show him any loyalty as you've tried to do your bit.
To be honest a change is sometime as good thing. I just got into a rut with my old coach and went to this new guy I've seen since December and I feel so much happier. I feel more in control of the swing now and hitting it much better more often
