The only diet that works for me. Got down to a reasonable weight dead easilly. Both my son and wife are now converts. She's lost 3 stones !!!!!!

Going low carb, for me, was more about sorting out me numbers... Losing some of my 'puppy fat', at the same time, is a welcome bonus...

Porridge is normally my second choice of breakfast and always that on golf days.
