They're decent but Crunchy Nut Clusters takes the crown for me.

That said, I eat Ready Brek with honey most mornings. It's like porridge, only nicer.

Correct!! I watched the TV program with great interest!! but i do agree! they are awesome!! we cant have them at home though as we have a peanut allergy in the house.

My fav is muesli with a little skimmed milk and a blob of natural yogurt.

Rice Krispies for me but living in a Scottish house my other half and FIL like their porridge. As it happens we bought a bulk box of 60 from Costco before all this kicked off so we have a few of them in reserve.
I am getting worried about my stocks of Rick Krispies though.

Every morning I have a large bowl of my personal mixture with semi-skimmed milk. The mixture is 1kg of wholemeal muesli, 800 gm protein granola and a sprinkling of dried fruit.

I would say it has to be cornflakes in answer to the OP's question although I like rice crispies and a decent muesli (not in the same bowl obviously)

The only diet that works for me. Got down to a reasonable weight dead easilly. Both my son and wife are now converts. She's lost 3 stones !!!!!!
