Lest see everybodys results for the first week.

Heres mine:

Started 17st 4lbs
Today 17st 0lbs
Loss -4lbs

Very happy with that start. Not sure how I lost 4 lbs, we still have lots of chocolate in the house after xmas, had a few nibbles.
No bread/crisps for over a week seems to be working again though.
 
Still 14st 2 lb here haven't started yet as I have been loaded with the cold. INtending starting back to the gym on Thursday.
 
My weigh day is always a Wednesday morning, but I had a cheeky look tonight and I'm down from 91.6Kgs (14st 6lbs) to 89.8kgs (14st 1lbs).. Not too bad with a day to go.

What have I changed..

I haven't had any alcohol since the early hours of jan 1st, cut my intake to 1630 calories a day, not snacking as much at work just poached egg on toast for breakfast, a roll for lunch and then my tea, drinking as much water as I can take, minimum of 6 cups. I'm trying to run more at work, did two runs last week, will do two more this week and increase it to 3 days in a couple of weeks. Weekends are difficult, but I went to the pub and didn't drink, just a couple of diet cokes. Skipped out of the nuts and pork scratchings and trying not to snack or have take away... My Monday night football game is back on now after Xmas so hopefully that will help too.

Yes I weigh in on Wednesday too as we have a weightloss thing going in our dept at work too which is on a wednesday. Hoping for a 2lb loss this week, not drank since NYD and are back on the slimfast shakes and snacks and healthy(ish) 600 cal tea. Supposed to have 2 shakes a day but have been only having 1 and 2 snacks rather than the recommended 3.
 
Down by 0.7 Kilo, not bad considering I have been ill and comfort eating with only a little exercise.

That's 3lbs up. I haven't started exercise due to my dad having the flu but the cycling starts once he is well. I'm also cranking up the healthy eating as the last of the xmas treats have gone :whistle: tomorrow I'm making the wife a shopping list. Again the main aim is no food or beer
 
To add to this I had my cholesterol checked at work this morning and it 6.07...and slighty high blood pressure. Nurse wants me back in a few weeks so be interesting how the healthy eating pans out
 
Got weighed today and are chuffed with a 4lb lose so 13 4lb now. Really pleased with that but have been strict on what I've been eating and no alcohol plus no exercise too.
 
Hopefully this will keep me on track. As of this morning I was 14st 4lbs, which is about 3st over what I want to be.
That was a week ago. This morning I was 13st 13lbs. So 5lbs off in a week. Not too bad, although I did go Taz on Sunday when I got the serious munchies, and had a meal out on Tuesday where I "forgot" I was on a diet.
 
Ok things are back on track

12st 12, that's 5 lbs off since I last checked although I have been told to weigh myself in the morning rather than 10 at night so my last post was probably high.

I've adjusted my target to 12 stone, that's 12 lbs off before the fair weather gets here. No beer, no crisps and less bread , plus I'm making all meals rather than going for the easy option. Saturdays were always pizza night but tonight I'm doing a fish dinner but without the bottle of wine to accompany it.
 
First weigh in this morning, lost 1.6 kilo from 116kilos which is about 4lbs, no crisps for a week, cut down on bread, 4 gym visits and a works night out last night.
Overall happy with the first week.
 
Trying to put some puppy fat on my 6-pack to fend off the coming cold spell... eating practically a whole tin of Quality Street right now then having deep pan pepperoni pizza with double cheese for tea YUM!
