So my Titleist PW is 44* according to the internet.

I've seen on left handed golf and been and tried them out some Cleveland Wedges.

Cleveland CG15 DSG Oil Quench Wedges, they're heavily discounted so obviously not current model. My wedges currently are Mizuno MP56 52 and 56*. The Cleveland's are 54, 58 and 64*.

Q1 is a gap between 44* to 54* too big? Do I need to fill this with something around 48/50/52*?
Q2 My pro reckons I should have a 60* but is 64* too much?

All three Cleveland wedges can be bought for £89.97. I reckon I could sell mine Mizuno's for £50.
Q3 Anyone used or got these, are they any good?

Cheers,
Ash.

Q1: Yes I would say so, typically even if tour players use three wedges it will be PW (44-46),52,58
Q2: Yes I reckon a 64 is excessive, you can get the height through technique or setup and I can't think of a course setup outside of major championship golf where I would want a 64
Q3: Yes they are good wedges

Q1: Yup 10 a bit big, a 50 degree wedge would give you 6 degree's gap to your next wedge and SW, Don't be fooled into thinking you only need 4 degrees and people will talk about gapping issues, learn to hit all sorts of disances with your wedges, 3/4 shot knock downs, who only hits full on wedges?
Q2: 64 is only for tour players on super quick greens, 60 is plenty, ask your self if you need one though, you may be good enough with your 56.
Q3: Cleveland are quality, prefer them over vokeys

I currently have 9 degrees between my wedges at the moment and finding it difficult to find the right distances with the wedges. So I would definitely fill the gap, its easier to hit a full shot instead of a half short or a hard full out shot. So would get something around 48/50.

64 is too much, the only good it will do is around the greens with very little green to work with. But TBH its a waste of time, I used to have one and could never commit to it. 60 is plenty for what you would need, and if you feel you need more just open the face a little.

1 - 52 is a push - but would then create a good wedge gap of 52, 56 , 60. But 50, 56, 60 would work too
2 - If your pro is suggesting it listen! Leave the 64 to Mickelson!
3 - Great wedges!

you can pick up a 64 from sports direct for buttons. I have one and mess around with it in practice. its basically a silly club with far too much loft.

Thing is, if you can learn to hit different shots with it then controlling your lower lofted wedges is simple after that.
