USPS - I hate them as well

All customers ask is to be updated. How difficult can it be to scan a parcel and update a computer????

Now is my parcel on route or is it still sitting in LA and has it been for the last 4 days. Is it in Britain? I hate this about USPS and when I bought the items I asked if I could pay extra to have them shipped UPS or FedEx as they are far better and usually a lot quicker but sadly the company refused saying they only use USPS.

Not impressed. This is how my parcel status has been since Wednesday!

USPS has usually been OK (not great, though) for me. Problems start when they reach Parcelforce, which is hideously slow, inefficient and couldn't-give-a-toss. I agree FedEx/UPS etc are immeasurably better and worth every extra penny. I ordered a set of clubs from a place in Austin, Texas on Wednesday evening and got them on Friday morning.

Try the same tracking number on Parcelforce's website (or Royal Mail if not a big golf club sized package).

I'm generally getting fed up with all delivery companies.

The problem I have is things arrive at my house, but I can't have them because they need a signature, and I'm out.

Last 5 parcel force, I've had to drive to the sorting office.
Last "city-link" I had to drive to another town, and when I got there they said they were "closed" at 7.48pm when the card states 8.00pm. Needless to say, I stood my ground and refused to leave and come back......
funny how they found my package in under 2 minutes.....
