These odds are a lot worse than a normal e/w bet - which most of the big bookmakers will pay out 6 or 7 places. Last night Furyk was 40/1 (10/1 e/w), Choi 250/1 (62.5/1 e/w), Walker 60/1 (15/1 e/w) etc etc so he'd have been much better of just betting each way.

They are only £5 place bets not each way, if i'd bet each way it would cost £10 per bet, the odds work about the same.

I have £10 e/w on Westwood on every major, have done so for about 10 years. A looooong way to go yet, I was counting my money at The Open at Lytham when he went 3 clear in final round, a lot can happen and usually does to Lee in Majors!!!!

Good point. Although your selections would be able to finish top 7 and still get paid out.

Jim Furyk has saved me twice by finishing in the top 5 so he's picked again at 13/2 along with Jimmy Walker 9/1, Stephen Gallagher 25/1, KJ Choi 33/1, Angel Cabrera 16/1. Hope there all in the top 5.oo:

Once again Fuyrk saved the bacon , Walker sadly missed out by 1 shot to make the top 5. but hey £12.50 up.
